Over this 9-Week program the athlete will be taught the proper mechanics and fundamentals needed to help them develop the necessary skills it takes to become a dominant player. Taught the right way!
Skills covered over the 9 weeks:
- Skating - edges & body control, acceleration, stops & starts, turns, stride, transitions, pivots, forward/backwards.
- Shooting & Passing - Proper body positioning, shooting in stride, passing into speed, giving/receiving passes.
- Puck Control - Advanced skills paterns, speed, dangles, awareness, overall control of the puck & body.
