1 on 1 session personalized to fit each players individual needs. Skating, puck control, shooting & passing, as well as positional tactics. Video is also an option.
Hockey Training Sessions will cover all skills needed such as skating (fundamentals, edge control, pivots, transitions, backwards, etc.), puck control (weight shift, smooth stick handling, toe-drags, etc.), shooting (wrist shots, in-stride, one-timers, slap-shots, snap-shots, backhand shots)
Hockey Skills Development help the player improve by teaching them the proper way to apply each skill, once taught it is important to repeat to help the build the muscle memory.
